Inventory & Order Management System Development

Know what you have, what is promised and what to make next, without the spreadsheet.

  • Manufacturers and job shops
  • Distributors and wholesalers
  • Traders and importers
  • D2C brands with warehouses

Overview

Manufacturers and trading businesses outgrow spreadsheets quickly: stock in three places, quotations in email, orders in WhatsApp and accounts in Tally. We build inventory and order management systems that match how your business actually buys, makes and sells, and connect them to the accounting and e-commerce tools you already use.

What we build

Modules we typically include.

  • 01

    Multi-location stock

Raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods across warehouses, with batches, serials, units and reorder levels.

  • 02

    Quotations to orders

Priced quotations with versions, conversion to sales orders, partial deliveries and order status customers can check.

  • 03

    Purchasing and suppliers

Purchase orders, goods receipts, supplier prices and lead times, with alerts before stock runs out.

  • 04

    Production and job tracking

Job cards, bills of materials, stage tracking and material consumption for made-to-order work.

  • 05

    GST invoicing and e-way bills

Compliant invoices, credit notes, e-invoicing where applicable and documents ready for transport.

  • 06

    Accounting and channel integration

Sync with Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks and with marketplaces or your online store.

Can it work with Tally?

Yes. Invoices, receipts and stock movements can be pushed to Tally or another accounting system so your accountant keeps working as before.

Do we need barcode scanners?

Not necessarily. Phone cameras work for most operations; dedicated scanners are added where volume justifies them.

How long does it take to go live?

A first version covering stock, orders and invoicing typically takes ten to fourteen weeks, including data migration and staff training.
